Bottom Texture, In-Process Examples for Masking Tape Shoes




Example 1
Apply paint to raised areas to create "print" of shapes.

Or you can try rubbing in charcoal to create "print".

Once cut, peel off of cut matt and apply to sole bottom.

If the bottom shoe texture has thick, individual, raised shapes:
Make a print of the shoe bottom. 
Cut out individual shapes and adhere to bottom of masking tape sole.

Roll tape to create height/thickness and then build up side panels.

Build up side panels from bottom shape of shoe and then insert rolled tape to achieve sole thickness.
